Continuous Improvement Project Manager (HR Services) | São Paulo

What will you do?

As Continuous Improvement Project Manager for HR Services, the focus of this Americas role is to provide 1) operational expertise in the design, development, implementation, and measurement of the business processes and offer and implement process improvements to help the business work more efficiently and 2) analyze business performance to identify potential process gaps to address.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the following :

  • Working with a large network of individuals ranging from HR Business Partners to SVP’s throughout the organization.
  • Analytics to support change management ideas and implementation of new processes.
  • Execute change within the organization to improve processes within Human Resources.
  • Manage small to medium project teams to achieve objectives of each project.
  • Design, develop, and implement other Americas HR Services Programs.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRBPs, HR Data Analytics, Schneider Digital, Finance Shared Services, and global teams to ensure the optimal execution of assigned programs.
  • Measure and report on milestones and customer satisfaction of assigned programs and initiatives.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Must be able to create executable processes while considering regional customer requirements.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams on Six-Sigma DMAIC’ type projects.
  • Strong knowledge within Schneider Electric, with a current network of regional contacts is desirable.
  • Has a track record and an appetite for delivering continuous improvement. Can provide examples of having led changes.
  • Good training skillset that can help coach others in the Continuous Improvement space.
  • Experience with data analytics, both generating transactional reports and creating new data sets that reveal new insight into HR Shared Services.

Prior experience with process improvement and leading change is preferred.

Uses a variety of techniques to influence a range of internal and external, technical and non-technical stakeholders across a range of issues.

Able to establish personal credibility at all levels.

  • Adept at operating in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. Outstanding prioritization skills to address and resolve emerging issues and priorities.
  • Understands the company strategy and company vision and scans the environment to make recommendations to address future program improvements.
